Return Rules & Restrictions
Purchases bought online can only be returned to our warehouse and is free if you use the prepaid return label that is attached to your packing slip. Store bought items need to be returned to the store. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at the stores.
- We accept returns of product bought online at saturday.sg only.
- Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. all original packaging must be intact.
- All legwear, lipsticks and lip crayons removed from packaging, as well as fragrance rollerballs are final sale only and cannot be returned online or in our retail shops.
- Unworn swimwear may only be returned with original hangtags attached and with original liner intact.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Only items purchased through katespade.sg may be returned to our online warehouse. items purchased through any of our physical shops must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Items purchased on saturday.sg can not be returned or exchanged at a Kate Spade Saturday retail shop.
- We do not support returns, reships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.
- Surprise sale merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned online or in our shops.
- Only items bought online at saturday.sg can be exchanged, if the exchange product is available.
