Purchases bought online may only be returned back to the online warehouse and not to the stores. Only non-sales items bought online can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the item. To facilitate your exchange please contact our Customer Service team. An item can only be exchanged for another item of the same value. If an item of another value is required the original item must be returned through our return process and a new item purchased online. Please contact customer service at or call us at 800 85 23940 Monday to Friday, 9am - 9pm to arrange a return pick up date and time.

  • we accept returns of product bought online at only.
  • returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • returns and exchange on sale merchandise is not available.
  • final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned.
  • products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. all original packaging must be intact.
  • all legwear, lipsticks and lip crayons removed from packaging, as well as fragrance rollerballs are final sale only and cannot be returned online or in our retail shops.
  • swimwear & earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • price adjustments will be honoured within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • only items purchased through may be returned to our online warehouse. items purchased through any of our physical shops must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • items purchased on can not be returned or exchanged at a kate spade new york retail shop.
  • we do not support returns, reships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.
  • surprise sale merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned online or in our shops.
