as part of our fall campaign, we passed out colorful flower pins and what started as a relatively grassroots idea—adding flowers to our shopping bags and giving them to people we met on the streets—quickly grew global.
we borrowed flower carts and biked about, passing out the blooms in new york, london, singapore, tokyo and taiwan. from there, the flowers spread (we even spotted an on-air reporter wearing one in thailand).
using the hashtag #popofcolor, bloggers got in on the act, posting photos with their flowers. see the video we created on how to accessorize with abandon, or swing by tomorrow for a DIY post on making your own bright blossoms.
